Educational Podcasts & Recorded Masterclasses

We are preparing a series of podcast-style academic discussions and recorded lectures led by experts from Austria and the United States.

These sessions will explore topics such as:

AAECA will regularly host:

We’re pleased to announce a new AAECA – City Tech Webinar Series taking place in spring 2026:

The European Union in Comparison with the United States of America

The series is intended as a high-level introduction to topics of mutual interest, outlining similarities and differences, collaboration opportunities, and points of contact, while also offering space for questions and exchange.

The sessions will be presented by Austrian experts and City Tech faculty members. Each session will include time for Q&A and discussion.

European Unification & the EU as a Political Actor

This session explores the historical and political foundations of the European Union, examining how the process of European unification has shaped the EU as a political actor. It addresses key developments of the 19th and 20th centuries, major concepts of unification, and the EU’s role within the global political landscape.
